「AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Everyone - front office, housekeeping, F&B, & the spa - were exceptional with services par excellence. Rishnati qt front desk was OUTSTANDING, along with Nadan. Buffet breakfast and dinner were superb. Very scenic location - interiors are very beautiful. Highly recommended!」

「The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.」

「+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. There are a range of tours which you may join at the Hotel - and we picked the tea plucking class which we enjoyed very much. The surrounding environment is unbeatable - with leveled tea fields surrounding the Hotel. Would very much like to come back for another stay!」
