亞瑟魯吉利亞 5 星級飯店

「Nice service 」

「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」

「Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet...

「We had a late flight arriving into Colombo - so checked in for 1 night only. Room was fairly big but we had issue with the bathroom door which was difficult to slide in and out. Breakfast was a buffet with good options.」

「Helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet is nice but not much international choices, most are Indian style. 」

「this hotel fits perfectly my needs as usual」

「What a cool place. A beautiful 200-year-old colonial building. So peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and the food was nice. Pool was great. The staff also worked with us to let us enjoy the property a little longer before our evening flight. Thank you Dinesh. I would definitely stay here on your way to/from the airport.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, good air conditioning, need maintenance and improve water quality.」

「Very good location with beatiful Beach !」
