Lakeview Apartments

"The apartment was a lot bigger than the photos made it seem. There was a full kitchen, bathroom with a tub, sitting area and bedroom. It was a quick walk to all the souvenir shops, as well as many restaurants. There’s also a private garden (with lake access) we had access to about 5 mins walk from the apartment. The downside to the apartment was that sound travels very clearly through the apartment building. There was a family with small children on the floor above us which was extremely loud, due to the walls and floors being incredibly thin. The other downside was that the bathroom had no curtains on the inside and the window was not frosted. So, if you wanted privacy you had to exit the apartment and close the shutters on the outside meaning you had no natural light."

"My stay at the property was amazing from parking to check in to the welcoming staff that took care of every need. Beware that the hotel does not have air conditioning, however on request front desk provided a fan for the room, that and opening the windows made it pleasant and comfortable in the room. Every room has a balcony with a view, breakfast was amazing, spa services were good too. Room was very spacious modern and clean. I have nothing negative to write as staying in this hotel only enhanced my overall tourism experience. The beds were clean and kids had a bunk bed which was also comfortable. There was a foul smell coming from drains in shower room which the staff resolved as we got back to room so full marks to them, once again you have to experience their breakfast buffet and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"We had a lovely stay at Pan Haus during our Halstatt trip. The bed and breakfast is run by a warm and friendly couple and our room faced the beautiful hills. The location is very convenient, close to the bus stop and train. This was our first experience with a WhatsApp check-in and code entry, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is reasonably priced and freshly prepared. It’s simple but delicious, and the owner is always happy to chat with you. There are a few restaurants and a bakery nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful in suggesting bus routes and alternative ways to reach Halstatt. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay."

"Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time. We loved sitting on our balcony and sipping some wine from the local store down the street and enjoying the views in the evening. There is a nice common area with a microwave, small refrigerator, tea kettle and instant coffee and tea available free of charge. Overall a great stay in a beautiful little town."
