"We had a great vacation. Dock Holiday was the perfect place to stay and just what we needed. Clean, quiet, friendly neighbors and the beach was close by. We will definitely come back."

"It was a great spot for a week break for my son and myself. We don't drive but there is a shuttle that travels along the seawall. The place was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and area cleaned daily. The wifi worked well with 7 devices connected at one time. There were extra sheets and blankets & towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, body wash shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own beach towel. I would visit again. "

"The property was amazing! Great location, clean, friendly staff. Condo was perfect! Only a few down falls was the “master” bed and one of the guest beds were super hard memory foam and we did not really get no rest. The bath tub was amazing but it needs a new stopper as it doesn’t seal and don’t hold water. The balcony outside we noticed we was the only one that the roof was falling and it was fixed but still looked dangerous "

"No response to email sent day 1 on stay. No contact phone number until day 2 of stay. Office closed entire stay. Unit dirty. Listed as 1 bedroom, no door for bedroom, this is studio. "

"We got to this condo a little after 11 to find that all the beds were dirty the sheets were wadded up on them all the towels in the bathroom we’re on the floor, dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The sinks had toothpaste in them and hair. terrible smells mildew. Do not stay here. "
