「Although I had a reservation for months in advance, when I arrived at 11:30pm due to a delayed flight, they told me they didn't have any rooms left and they were sending me to their other property. This was so frustrating. The manager was so rude. He just kept saying, "this is standard procedure in this business." 「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」
