「Staff was friendly & helpful. From front desk, waitresses at restaurant in hotel, to cleaning staff. The premises are beautiful. The room was clean throughout and bed very comfortable. Highly recommend」

「Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. 」
