"I really loved the fact that I could upgrade to a 4* apartment for a reasonable fee. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom and room were very clean; basically nothing beats a recently built property where you feel that things are new and very clean. I also loved the fact that it was very warm in the room, it helps to have excellent heating in the middle of winter when temperature hits negatives. "Great hotel. Only reason i did not put 5 star all is the matress was a bit weirdly placed and felt uneven and the toilet was placed in an area within the bathroom that was inconvenient for large people like me. Great service and room though. Very polite and very clean"
