"Off season in October very quiet Negative is most of shops closed until November ski season Positive location between Truckee and Lake Tahoe and convent drive to Reno and Airport "

"The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great."

"Mr. Coffee machine was non-functional, it heated but coffee could not flow from basket into carafe. Ice in auto-ice-maker in freezer had frozen into a solid mass. Sink in main bathroom downstairs drains very slowly. Probably hair clog in the trap or on the sink drain stopper."

"The view was fantastic. The place is large enough for several people. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The TVs did not work and when we called for assistance, we were told it would come, but never did."
