「This is airport hotel and I cannot complaint about the location. However surrounding area there are nothing to eat, nothing to buy. However hotel was nice with very helpful staff.」

「I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system.
Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there!
The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts...

「Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze. 」
