「A Beautiful, Well-Maintained Property with Room for Improvement
We really enjoyed our stay at this property during our recent trip to Miami! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant place to unwind.
While we had a great experience, there are a couple of areas that could use some attention. The furniture and appliances are somewhat outdated and could definitely benefit from a refresh....

「The property was under full exterior construction, which was not disclosed beforehand. The images shown in the listing do not reflect reality at all. Windows were covered with plastic bags, and the interior was poorly maintained with heavily stained carpets. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Requiring ID and credit card online before traveling, I wasn't given the exact building or unit number until I arrived at the location. I had to spend quite a few minutes on the phone...

「Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...
