"This hotel was definitely not a four star experience. The rooms were small and dated, there is no beachfront and the pictures were deceiving. The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "

They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. "We loved this property. It's a 100-year-old stone structure that's been beautifully renovated to create a very airy and comfortable interior. Lots of space, very clean, and a great outdoor eating area. The neighborhood is residential, but still a quick drive to restaurants and groceries, and centrally located among Piran, Croatian wineries, and some wonderful biking/hiking trails along the coast. The host was super responsive and helpful with questions we had about the area. "
