「The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go.
Breakfast is nice
Rooms are v pretty and quiet.
They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable.

「Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb.
My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him.
The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with...
