"I have stayed here before. It was close to a restaurant we ate at. Bar on 9th floor was quite busy so went down to first floor bar for some desert & a drink. Great service. Room was quiet. Ordered room service breakfast- hit the spot. Easy checkout, ride picked me up & took me away. Nice property & staff."

"Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is really nice. Staff was courteous. The area is nice and plenty of stuff around specially being next to the mall. My only gripe with this place is the fees. You want wifi? Unless you book direct with them you have to pay about $15 per day to get wifi. You want a faster wifi? then you have to pay more. You want parking? You gotta pay for that as well. Otherwise great place. "

"I made a last minute reservation in a snowstorm; the desk staff was friendly and the wait staff in the next door restaurant excellent. The food was surprisingly good. It’s in the middle of an outlet mall by the highway but in driving distance of other attractions. Pleasant Prairie is just over the WI state line on I-94 "

The staff was ok, but the girl I had during my checkout needs be to more attentive to me and not FB on her phone. I found that rude..Last impressions are just as important as first ones."
