"Overall good stay and enjoyed my time visiting family. Some cleanliness issues upon entering with hairs in bathroom and an old stain on pillow case. Few things that I would have liked improved: fire alarm would go off frequently with us and other guests - windows barely open to let out smoke and wasn’t aware of fan on microwave above stove. Not enough items for the kitchen like towels, soap, or sponge. Not a lot of staffing up front, nobody available when checking out and certain one time when other guest needed help late at night with a fire alarm they couldn’t turn off."
