「I need the response since the message sensed for a week.
I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card.
I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history.
Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.」

「I was extremely disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday night when it was advertised as being open until 1:00 a.m. This was especially frustrating given the huge country concert taking place that evening. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when we questioned the early closing. Guests should be able to rely on the hotel’s advertised hours, and the staff should handle these situations professionally. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise...
