Ski Butler services and lockers are truly easy to use, reliable and friendly. Shuttle services to town and pick up back to hotel are always on time. Text messaging with hotel for all your needs are constant and consistent. By far one of the best resorts we have stayed with. "

"Sundance Mountain Resort was a very fantastic place to stay, relax and ski. We enjoyed the mountain, the spa and all the restaurants on the hill. The staff were lovely, kind and friendly. Our only complaint is we didn’t have a car, so when we needed some basic supplies, there was nothing available on the mountain itself and no way to get it up there. Otherwise we had an amazing time. "

"We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying."

I really liked that, while expensive, once you are on site everything else is included as opposed to other expensive properties where they nickel and dime you with every little thing they can. Also with a large staff and a relatively small property it just feels like everyone is really attuned to making every little thing as pleasant as...
