"Leider war das Personal äußerst genervt von Rückfragen, oder bei dem Wunsch etwas zu bestellen. Eine der Bedienungen trug einen Mullverband an der Hand und servierte mit dieser Essen, sehr unhygienisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als enttäuschend. Die Auswahl sehr gering und mit dem Nachfüllen kam der Service auch überhaupt nicht hinterher. Der Zimmerservice fand prinzipiell erst nach 15:00 Uhr statt, wenn überhaupt.
