"Property manager and contact for property were excellent!! We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc."

"I booked a 5 night stay at an avantstay property in Indio CA for ton of money and two days before the trip I came down with covid. They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend."
