"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

"This hotel has spectacular views of the valley below. It is very clean. Super friendly staff who cater to your needs wonderfully. Our stay here is truly wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Lake Dal is only a 3 minute walk down the road. A short walk in the opposite direction allows you to see the breathtaking views of the snow capped mountain range above. Restaurant and good food available in hotel. Don’t miss this wonderful location."

"The R R hotel, was In a perfect position for our trip to McLeodgang, been a 10 minute walk into the small center. All male staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We were there in march for the cricket, and you’ve got to consider that you are at a very high altitude and it’s a lot cooler. Beds were very comfortable and you got a thick blanket as well. Be advised that there is only a small reservoir of hot water for each bathroom, which we were not notified about, and...

"Overall the experience is good. We had booked two rooms. We can see the snow-clad mountain as a back ground. Few points, water flow in the bathroom was quite bad. Both the bathrooms had stinking smell. Fresh towels were not supplied next day - till we asked for it. The price vs the facilities, I will say price is at a higher side."
