「This hotel is BUSY! The resort pool is a party. The beach was a quieter vibe. Food and Bev service at both. We weren’t sure how tipping worked, apparently 20% is factored into the bill, so we way “overtipped” with cash. The beach shoreline was covered in seaweed so we didn’t really use the water, unfortunately it was a little smelly down there. But we hung at the pool mostly facing the gulf, so best of both worlds in my opinion. Walking distance to ft. Myers beach shops and restaurants. If...

「入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复」

「Everything at this resort was A+ the one and only non-issue was the AC kicking on throughout the evening was quite loud. Aside from that, everything was outstanding.」

「Let’s start with the good things. The pool was clean and virtually deserted every day. Plenty of chairs and cabanas! The parking was plentiful and near the entrance as well. Now for the areas of improvement. Small things like lack of dish towels and only two shower towels was too bad. Also, not sure the bed linens were changed before our arrival as there were plenty of hairs on the sheets and pillows. The pillows, were like big marshmallows. Like, would it kill you to have at least one pillow...
