"Sehr nettes deutsprachiges freundliches Personal. Rezeption- und front-office-Personal war respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Ich werde immer wieder kommen. Das Hotel werde ich auch meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen."

"When we arrived at the hotel our overall thoughts were disappointing considering the pictures that are shown on the internet, we were offered food that had been sat out for at least 2/3hrs (maybe more) in the warm air. It is obvious that this hotel is catered for the Eastern European rather than everyone i.e. for food and entertainment. The hotel lacked air conditioning considering considering the temperatures. The rooms are basic with hard beds and tiny considering they claim to be a 5 star...

"Le personnel au service des clients au top. L'équipe des animateurs au top (Sam, Simba, Nikki, Julia). Seul point négatif est que la musique s' arrête un peu trop tôt (23h00). Langue parlé : anglais, allemand. "

"Wirklich sehr sehr freundliches Personal! Wir sind wegen Flugverspätung erst weit nach Mitternacht angekommen, der Herr an der Rezeption war trotzdem sehr freundlich und der Check-In hat super schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Weiters waren auch die Animateure und die Kellner alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit großem Balkon und einer großen Glasdusche. Gereinigt wurde auch jeden Tag, generell war das ganze Hotel sehr sauber! Minibar wurde immer mit frischem Trinkwasser...

"Personeel receptie erg slecht. Onvriendelijk moet flinke extra toeslag betalen per dag vanwege dat de 2e persoon van mijnh boeking Turks is. Ik heb gewoon voor 2 personen terwijl ik voor 2 personen allinclusief betraald heb. Moest betalen anders werd van hun kan alles geannuleerd. Nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Reis al jaren met zelfde persoon nooit dit gehoort van ander hotel."
