"The hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had issues with the AC, and they were unable to correct it due maintenance being gone for the day, so we were relocated to another room. That rooms electric shade went up but wouldn't go down. When we checked out we made the front desk aware of the problem. We were very pleased with the hotel and the casino."
