"Location. Location. Location. Yup. Very conveniently situated to everything you may need. Just walking distance to: Coffee shop, grocery, restaurants, snorkeling rental, food trucks, and of course the beach. Then few minutes drive to the mall, major beaches in the area (such as Kaanapali and Kapalua), and the blow hole. As for the property, building isn't new but updated. "Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. "

"We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. "Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. "
