"Check in staff could use customer service training and some kindness. They were advertising a movie at the pool that never happened, which led my son to being disappointed. This place has potential & is in a prime location. So close to being great, but their staff needs major training to elevate "

"The room was lovely! Clean & spacious. The proximity next to the Tahoe Blue Event Center was so convenient! It made for easy walking back and forth from the hotel to the volleyball tournament we attended at the event center. I would definitely return!"

"Got charged for parking and valet parking double. "

"TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found. I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room."

"Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays. "
