"We couldn't the thermostat. We called the front desk and they told us it was on the wall near the bathroom. It wasn't on any wall. We called the front desk to say we still couldn't find it. A front desk clerk came to the room immediately and confirmed there was no thermostat on any wall. Very promptly, someone came up and unscrewed the small door on the unit itself and we could control the temperature. The staff was very pleasant and their service was amazingly quick. But no thermostat?"
