"This was a great house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The beach is within an easy walk and was great. The pool was freezing cold when we got there and the hot water in the master bath had no pressure so that shower was unusable. The management rep was great and did figure out how to get the heater on in the pool. It was the perfect house for what we needed."

" Advertised as "beach view" Maybe before they built all around it! Walk to the beach is 1/2 mile to the hotel that you access the beach. AC was broken, said they would get someone out. Called 1st thing the next morning, but instead of maintenance, they sent 3 teenage girls to make sure I had the mental capacity to operate a thermostat. I left at that point"
