"Nice, clean and very comfortable facility that is centrally located on the Main Street. All staff are very nice and friendly, and they serve wonderful breakfast in mornings. The breakfast tables are labeled with guests’ names and with very fresh and healthy food. I really appreciate their special effort to help delivering my forgotten laptop from my room to the airport. This just tell you how responsible and helpful they are as hosts in this family run hotel. I would highly recommended to...

"We loved staying here; the porch is cozy and overlooks the ocean and family farm. The building was well kept and comfortable. The views were incredible! Karla and her family were wonderful hosts, checking in on us and willing to help with things like tours. The cottage is about 15 minute drive to town. We rented a car from the family and had no trouble getting around. They picked us up and dropped us at the airport too. "

"This is NOT a 5-star resort. WiFi is only in the lobby and intermittent at best. Tiny ants in our room and flies on the food. One member of the staff told me rudely to go into town (a 30 minute walk) if I needed internet, that internet was not important to Rapa Nuians. Don’t advertise you have WIFI if it doesn’t work. Furniture is rudimentary and low, and the bed is a mattress on a tile platform. Drapery rods are copper plumbing tubing. It is an island - everything is shipped in and expensive....
