"Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full."

"I would not recommend staying here. You have to pay a deposit and a cleaning fee outside of hotels.com. It took over a month to get my deposit back because there was some sort of "issue" with their system or so I was told.. As for the apartment, it was ok but not as clean as I expected it to be, and especially for the amount charged.
