"I expected better from this hotel given how much the rooms go for each night. The room was very clean but lacked certain features that would have made it a more comfortable stay. The beds did not have headboards, so I found my pillow sliding off and behind the mattress throughout the night. There was also only one small chair next to a tiny side table, so the two of us staying in the room could not both sit in the room if we wanted to. Over half the light bulbs in the bathroom were out or...

"Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"
