"The front office staff were professional and friendly."

"All was well but for the food and food prices. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for cold, cut up bread and mediocre cheese dip that I thought would be warm and flavorful pretzel. I opted out of your breakfast as that would be an additional $20. The same breakfast was complimentary at 2 of your other properties I’d stayed at on this trip. However, the beds were comfortable and the courtyard room was quite nice. All staff was fabulous and friendly. "

"Even though there was a big weddin happening and the guest of the wedding to be staying at the hotel. The staff handle the check ins and crowd effectively and efficiently. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Quoin and our phenomenal dinner at the restaurant. Our rooms were connecting via a corner hallway. They were spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and heavy dark curtains - walking distance to the Riverfront. Valet was easy. Front desk agent “J” was professional, so friendly, and helpful! "
