The valet (Knox) was such a sport, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs when the elevator went out of service. He had a great attitude and worked so hard for everyone with a smile on his face. "This is a new place geared towards high end couples. Super friendly staff that goes the extra mile. Rooms are nice with views that do not seem real!!!! Nice restaurant with some really good food. The indoor pool with the windows is amazing. It is a little expensive but there is nothing like it in town. "

"Main lodge under construction, walk to the neighboring hotel for the hottub is pretty far, but the hotel itself while older, is quite nice, the staff were helpful and proximity to the mountain was great."
