"The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs child and baby in the group and they assured us that the room would be done but again it wasn’t. This time we found a wonderful housekeeper who did our room right away (not fully but she did the garbages and the towels.)When we ran into staff members over the following days they said of you’re in “X” room and it felt really obvious that they had been talking about us and made us question if we were wrong for asking for the room to be flipped. Those interactions made us feel like some of the staff could be highly unprofessional which was unfortunate because there are so many positives with the property in general. "

"Late checkout was super helpful, and the hotel was better than expected. It is not really walkable from the main drag though. We thought we'd use the trolley, but instead we ended up driving down and parking. We found a central lot for $15, so it worked out fine. Pro tip, with the noon checkout, you have plenty of time to do Anakeesta when it opens at 9 and still make it back to pack up. "
