"We stayed gere for a mini vacation, and at first the house was worth every penny, then when you get comfortable that when you notice things, giving the kids a shower there was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtian its been there for awhile, the door knob on the balcony was broken we couldnt even go out the door.. it vondo was extrememly hot down stairs while the upstairs was freezing."

"Definitely a good space to stay in you have a big family, kids room had 5 beds. Both restrooms have ample space, and the patio outside is very comfortable. Only drawbacks were the stairwell closest to the dwelling were closed, so you have to enter from the other side of the building, and the air handler does take longer than usual to cool the space adequately. "We had a great week at this little house! The rooms were all a good size. Full kitchen and clean. The location was perfect and not too far from the beach. Very private and felt safe. Our favorite part was the courtyard. The outdoor area was very relaxing and it was nice to leave all our outdoor stuff there and not worry about it going anywhere. Pool was gated and pool was the perfect depth for the kids. We all had a great time here and hope we can stay again soon. "

"Nice place located within an easy drive to beach access. When we first arrived, the AC was not working well, but the managing company jumped on the issue after I reported it and had it fixed very quickly (Kudos to the service team!!!). "

"The condo needs some updating, but overall it was a good stay. I liked the fact that it is pet friendly. Beach is about 10 minutes walk or you can drive your car to a parking close to the beach that it is exclusive for the condo tenants. Called the management company to ask some questions about the parking but they never called me back."
