「The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. 「Amazing house, highly recommend staying with kids and pets. The bunkbeds are an instant hit with the kids. Be careful with the cabinet between the bunkbeds, it is tethered to the wall but the lamp is not and has taken some abuse. Thankfully we noticed before and took it down before it crashed down on a kids head. The communication was top nitch and super easy check-in and out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again! 」
