"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! "Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel. "

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"
