"Great 4 night stay for a dance competition. Very convenient location. Close to convention center, restaurants, shopping, nightlife. The housekeeping and room service and front desk and valet we are very friendly and super efficient and took care of requests right away! "

"Three of the four elevators were out of service during the first part of our stay. This resulted in long wait times to get to and from the 12th floor. That said, the staff was clearly working hard to remedy the situation. In particular, the gentleman who ran the service elevator was very accommodating and very much on top of his game. "

"Great location, staff are upbeat, helpful. The building is well kept. Sometimes we hoped the shuttle was running when it wasn’t (it doesn’t run on the weekend , when we needed to get to the light rail quickly— we walked, we were okay). This place made me realize I like Hyatt hotels. Comfortable, clean, mostly convenient."
