"The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings."

"This is, by far, one of the greatest stays we have ever had! The cabin was brand new and was impeccable from the bathroom to the living space, to the pizza grill. The mini kitchenette was stocked with everything we would need, including beautiful local pottery and glassware. The porch was so spacious, and our girls (12 & 13) deemed this the best place to stay EVER. The hiking trails along the creeks and waterfalls were so beautiful!
