"We loved this property! Will definitely come back! The staff were all amazing! The only negative thing which isn’t really bad is the check in process. There is only 1 person and she was excellent in providing us details about our stay. She spends a long time with each person checking in. It just took longer than we thought. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay! Loved it! "

"Beautiful old building, well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was great. Bathrooms in these old inns are afterthoughts, this one was squeezed in and did not match the high nightly price the inn charges. Fiberglass tub/shower was adequate but tight so wondered why they bothered with the tub, should have just done a shower and gained some room. Vanity top was in good shape but laminate. "We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
