「They place was way under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich, the bars was very depleted to the point the bas tender had to leave for roughly 10 minutes to go get alcohol to make guest drinks. I was drinking water so was not a problem for me. The checking in was a 4:00 and was told most likely would get in around 3:00 but would receive a text when the room was ready. 4:00 came around and did not receive a text. There were a lot of frustrated people in the same situation trying to get...

「Great breakfast! Great room and balcony view! Great beach with chairs, umbrellas, and cocktail service. Horrible bar staff!! They act like you are bothering them when ordering. And because your tip is automatic, they don’t care about the poor customer service they are providing.」
