"Great hotel at Alappuzha, close to the beach with sea view. Excellent amenities and service. We enjoyed the clean rooms and bath. Good options for traditional breakfast."

"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

"The hotel setting, gardens and staff are all excellent. The rooms are the main drawback, and need modernization. For the price it is fine for a short stay. "

"Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms."
