「For a high end hotel it wasn't maintained very well. The caulk in the shower looked terrible. The shower curtain was too short so water was everywhere after the shower. A plastic water guard in the shower was broken also. Water pressure was low in the shower as well. I bumped a shelf in the bathroom and it fell off the wall, I'm 5'3". The bed was comfy and the room clean, I just expected more for what I paid (over $200). The luggage carts were dirty but they moved easily. The toilet seat was...

「We have stayed here before and loved it so I hate that I have to leave a bad review but the service inside the bar was awful. Our room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle. We got very little sleep and my husband ended up sleeping in the chair. We will not be returning.」

「Avoid! This hotel is undergoing major renovations which Expedia does not list. We arrived at our hotel around 6 in the evening to be told the water would be shut off at 9am for the full day. This was on top of our 4th floor room toilet and sink not draining with gross gurgling noises and dirt backing up into them. Partial breakfast. No workout room or pool. And understaffed front desk (1 person) to help everyone "to save money." That is aside from construction dust everywhere and a demolition....
