"The room was good, and I liked the fact that the sink is outside the washroom. Hotel location is near the airport but is not walkable to other places, such as shops and restaurants. Most places are about a mile away. Breakfast was really robust with scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes and French toast. There were also lots of cold items - a great selection of everything."

"Awesome floor plans! We felt the beds were to stiff. We slept terribly. But some people like really firm mattresses. The breakfast could be better for sure. But the staff was so friendly and so helpful. It was clean and well kept. The elevator was SLOW. Like wow slow but not a big deal. The grounds were gorgeous. We will be back next year for sure. We would just ask for a topper for the mattresses."

"The staff were incompetent. I prepaid for my room and the incompetent staff working after hours made me pay over 500 dollars again to check in. I got my money back but it was certainly inconvenient to say the least. 500 came off my available spending. Suppose I didn’t have an additional 500 dollars to pay and still have money to eat on my short turnaround trip. Also the room was filthy when we got there. The bathroom hadnt been touched. Hair still in the tub and pubic hair on the toilet. It would not be my first choice again. If you gonna spend 100+ a night, stay the Marriott or Hilton brand. These kind of mistakes don’t happen there."

"We made our reservation through hotels.com (which we've used numerous times before). I had the confirmation and everything needed to check in. When I got there the person at the front desk could not get the La Quinta computer system to interact with the hotels.com computer system. I stood there for over 40 minutes trying to check in. There were at least 5 people in line behind me that were also waiting. At one point she said I could sit there and wait, but wasn't sure what the point of that would be other than to waste more time. She finally ended up cancelling our reservation and sending me out to my car to call hotels.com. When I called them, they had no idea what the problem was because on their end it looked fine. They tried to call the hotel, but no one answered. The person trying to check me in tried to call the manager several times, but got no answer. So I would say the staff was not trained at all in how to get past any computer cliches that might occur. At no point did she try to call hotels.com to see what the issue was. Very happy that she cancelled our reservation though. I called hotels.com and they got us into a much nicer place for the same price. Also, the La Quinta Inn looked very dirty and you couldn't pull your car into the front of the lobby because there were tiles falling down so they had it taped off. Very bad experience."
