「Four star hotel??? I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels that were better. Found the staff very unhelpful. Would give me extra towels when requested because I was a loan traveller. Won’t be returning here. Location is good for the beach. That’s the only positive.」

「Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore.
