"The staff were all very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak any Chinese, and they didn't speak any English. Translation apps are amazing, and we made it work without much difficulty. They even helped us book transport for our very early morning train since it was too early for taxis to be available. When we checked in, it turned out our reservation didn't go into the system right, so they put us in one room the first night and had us move to another for the rest of our stay. A...

"Good location. Close to the bus stop that can take you to the south entrance of the mountain. Also can take you to either train station. Hotel service is good. They don’t speak English but they are friendly. Breakfast is typical Chinese food - not my favorite - however they did have coffee which isn’t always available in a Chinese place. Sheets are nice and comfortable and plenty of hot water. Would go stay there again. "

"Die Umgebung und die Lage des Hotels sind sehr schön. Die Staff ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Einzig das Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Statt des gewünschten ruhigen, im oberen Stockwerk gelegenen Zimmers erhielten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das auf die Restaurantterrasse ging. Auf der Terrasse wurde Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen serviert, das heisst keine ruhige Lage. Wir mochten auch nicht im angebotenen ruhigen ,dafür fast fensterlosen...
