"The pool was wonderful, we really appreciated that it was kept at such a warm temperature. We really missed the hot tub after a long day of walking tho. Staff could pay a bit more attention when they are making up the room. The bed skirt was ½ off my bed and we had to fix it ourselves because we were tripping on it. Very nice breakfast room, overlooking the pool. Nice that it was big enough that it never felt crowded, even tho the hotel was full. Overall a very nice hotel. We would stay there...

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a business trip within recent memory. I was impressed by room decor, spacious, had microwave and refrigerator, fitness center, and other amenities, overall look of building and interior. Overall, I would recommend this hotel above others in this price range."

"Breakfast was great! Pool and hot tub were perfect. Beds cozy and warm. Only thing I'd fix is the shower curtain kept blowing into the shower while showering and it would leave little room to shower and stick to you while you showered. Possibly a curved out curtain rod would help instead of straight across one. I am a petite person so my size wasn't the issue 😉 Otherwise would absolutely stay there again!"

"The location provided quick access to I-94 and there was plenty of dining and shopping choices nearby. The facility was clean and modern, and the breakfast had lots of options and was well stocked. "

"The staff at the desk was so helpful. It is the services that distinguish a good stay or an okay stay. I had to extend the stay for my son and Rylee (evening shift) was so kind and helpful to assist us. Shawna (morning shift) was very very accommodating the day we had to switch room. Their excellent customer service stood out and I would definitely recommend Mainstay Suites to travelers. "
