"First time to the Mountain Home area and could not be happier with our choice of places to stay. The owners live on site and run the on site restaurant. Check in was a breeze. Went to the restaurant and meet the owner. She was very friendly and even helped us get a reservation for the evening at the restaurant. The small 1 room cabin was perfect. The views of Lake Norfolk was perfect as well. The owners prepared the cabin for every situation. It was a tad bit cool. After looking around we found extra heaters. Our short walk to the on site restaurant was easy. The food was amazing as was the views of the sunset over Lake Norfolk. We can not wait to return."

"Cabin was clean, beds comfortable and linens were clean. The cabin does not include coffee or water - bare bones. I would have like more flat surfaces in the bedrooms to place personal belongings. Adequate charging outlets. Phone service is sketchy but good wifi allowing internet calling. Not within walking distance of eating areas but there is a convenience (mostly fishing) store next door open during reg business hours with great coffee. I would stay again to appreciate view of river and access to good riding trails. "
