「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「Continental breakfast wasn’t available at 7 on our first morning. Instead it was all set up at 7:30 when we had to leave for an appointment. “Fresh” was anything but and included brown bananas both mornings. Room condition: tv didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t have a temperature dial. One serving of coffee in the room for 2 people was provided. No spare toilet paper roll. At check in, clerk behind desk was dressed sloppily, we weren’t informed that the room would only be cleaned...
