「You can tell someone had just stayed in that room or it was never clean from the last time someone was in there. The comforter on the bed was dirty. There was hair all over inside the shower. The TV did not work. And when I called front desk to ask how to get it to work she said it was new and didn't know how to fix it. And that was that. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. And the music that was playing outside was so loud it was right next to my window. Probably will not...

「The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!」
