"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, the first time there was a fight at 3am, I called front desk and they never answered. The facility stinks, smells like tobacco mix with an unpleasant smell. I only stayed due to being close to a concert I will never stay there again. Smells, no shampoo in my room, breakfast limited. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately were disappointed with our experience. The main reason we booked this hotel was because it offered a one-bedroom suite with two beds in the bedroom. However, when we arrived, we were given two separate rooms instead. The staff told us, “The room you booked is not available and in general hotel promised you two beds, here are your two beds.” But if we needed two separate rooms, we would have booked two rooms from the beginning. The separate bedroom layout was specifically why we chose this hotel over others. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was similar to the standard hotel breakfast offered everywhere else, but something about it just did not seem right and we did not enjoy it."

"The rooms are spacious and it has a full size fridge, microwave, stove. The carpet looks old and dirty. The bathroom was nice but it had mildew. You can tell that they don’t deep clean the corners in the shower etc. I wouldn’t stay there as there are cleaner hotels for same money. The parking was $25 extra a night. The key to my room did not work. I had to go back to the front desk and it took 30 extra minutes to get it fixed because only one person was working and she stepped away so 6 people were waiting for her."

"The front desk was exceptionally helpful. I left a check in my room today. I called the front desk to see f someone had turned it in. The front desk gentleman was nice enough to go to my room to see if I had left it in the room. Then I received a message, letting me know that it was found. What a relief! The staff went over and beyond to solve what could’ve been a major issue. Thank you!!! Please commend them for their initiative. 🙏"

"The breakfast and the African American lady assisting during breakfast , I can’t remember her name , were absolutely awesome. She was very professional, caring, neat, and welcoming. My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service was truly exceptional and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again. It truly felt like a home away from home."
