「Overpriced rooms food and drinks on property overpriced and inside the water park was overly hot and had no air movement and was really hard to breath. The water was to warm to enjoy and cool down not a very affordable place for families my room was 415.00 a night and no house keeping unless you requested it. Room was clean but second pull out bed was noisy and uncomfortable.」

「When we arrived at the hotel with our child and opened the door, we were immediately hit by a suffocating smell of mold, rot, and dampness. The odor was so overwhelming that it was impossible to breathe. We called the manager, who admitted there was a problem but said there were no other rooms available. His only solution was to spray the room with air freshener, as if that could fix the issue. To make matters worse, the entire room was covered in dust, as though it had been abandoned for...
